This unique and stunning one bedroom apartment (70 sq. meters) is located in the new apartment building “Marseille” which is 3 minutes from the “Otrada” beach, 10 minutes drive from Arcadia beach and 15 minutes drive from the center. Large grocery store and parking are near by.
Apartment building has security, playground and elevator. Each window has a sea view, each piece of furniture has been picked by the designer. Living room has sofa-bed which could accommodate a couple, large LED TV, DVD, air conditioning and wardrobe. The bedroom has large king size bed, LED TV, another air conditioner and another closet. The kitchen by itself is a piece of art. Bathroom has Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer combo. The water filter has been installed and works perfectly.
Services
We provide cleaning of the apartment every 7 days with replacement of
bedding and towels.

You can reserve any apartments that are listed on our website and available
during the period you are interested in.
Please confirm the availability of the apartment by filling the form or call
+38098-2155623. To confirm your reservation you must send a one night deposit
that will be counted towards your total payment. The deposit is required to hold
an apartment.Please, discuss methods of payment with our manager.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time - 13:00. Early check-in is available by arrangement only. Check-out
time - 12:00.
Early or late check outs may be made with the discretion of the management, however,
adequate notice must be given and MUST be authorized in advance. Subject to
space availability, it is permissible to increase the duration of stay with short
notice, but it is not permissible to decrease the duration of stay.
