
1. You have so many apartments that it is hard for me to pick what I like. What should I do? Do you need any information from me that would help you to determine what is the best option for me and my friends?
Please, email us answers to the questions below. We will reply to you with all the options available, so you don’t have to spend your time on browsing through hundreds of different pictures and descriptions.
1.How many guests will be arriving? How many bedrooms/rooms you need? Does each person want his or her own bedroom and/or bathroom? How many couples are there?
2.How close to the center you want to be? Do you need apartment in the downtown area or near the beach?
3.Do you need Internet in the apartment? Jacuzzi tub? Satellite or/and cable TV?
4.Do you need airport pickup ($20)? Do you need services of our interpreter?

2. How comfortable the apartments offered on your site?
Most of our apartments have Internet, washing machines, and cable TV. All of them have 24/7 hot and cold water and air conditioners. We also spoil our guests by installing Jacuzzi tubs and infrared sauna in some of our apartments.
3. I am a little worried about criminal situation in Odessa. Are your apartments safe?
All apartments that we offer are located in the safe areas. We never had any complaints from our customers. If you feel that you need extra security, we can offer you two apartments Natalie and Sakura that are located on Deribasovskaya Street in the building where security guard is on duty 24/7. We also installed security safe in each of these apartments so you would feel comfortable to leave your documents in the apartment.
4. I am planning to come to Odessa, but I am not sure about the dates. Will I be able to book apartment without specific dates?
Unfortunately, we cannot reserve the apartment if we don’t know your arrival and departure dates. We encourage you to contact us with any questions you have, so by the time you are ready to book, you have all the information you need.
5. How do you handle early check-ins, late checkouts or any other changes in the reservations?
Please, read carefully our booking policy page. You will be able to find all the answers there. If you are not sure about something, please, email us, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
6. Could you provide availability schedule for a specific apartment? I stayed at this place before and I don’t want any other apartment.
Yes, absolutely. Please, email us the month when you are planning to visit our city and we will let you know when the apartment of your choice is available. Please, keep in mind that the availability changes on the daily basis.
7. I rented one of the apartments on your site. I am planning to arrive late at night. Will somebody pick me up in the airport? Could I meet one of your representatives late at night to pay the balance and get the keys?
Yes, we will meet you in the airport, and our assistants will be checking you in any time of the day or night. Be aware that an extra fee may be charged for the late night check-ins. Please, inquire about the details when you are ready to book the apartment.
8. Do you have accommodations for 10+ people?
Most of the apartments have only space for 6 people, but we have many flats that are located in the same building, next door to each other. We can offer apartments in the mini-hotels and apart-hotels in the city center, where you and your friends can enjoy your privacy, and at the same time stay next to each other.
9. I am planning to stay only 2 nights in Odessa. Will it be possible to book apartment for such a short term?
You can book apartment even for 1 night. Please, keep in mind, that during high season (April-September), weekends and holidays we cannot always book the apartment of your choice in advance for less than 4 nights. We would ask you to contact us again 7-10 days before your arrival date. Many owners prefer to rent out their properties for longer periods. They start taking shorter bookings a week before the arrival day. Keep in mind, that we have special rates to fill last minute cancellations or fill short vacancies between two bookings. So, please, contact us as soon as you are ready to book to get the latest information possible.
10. I have heard that some agencies let you book specific apartment and later offer you another one, which is worse than the one you booked.
We don’t substitute apartments, and you are guaranteed to stay in the apartment you have chosen. In case of the emergency, we would try to contact you in advance and offer you equal or better apartment in the same area. 50% of our clients are those who come back on the regular basis. We do everything possible to make sure you will use our services again.
11. I cannot decide if I should rent apartment near the beach or in the center. What would you recommend?
During the summer season apartments near the beach are very popular. Rates for these apartments are much higher than for the equal apartments in the downtown area. If you were considering a place near the beach, we would recommend choosing apartments in Arcadia district. Be prepared to pay 30% more for the apartments in this area in June - August.
12. I noticed that you have a section on your site where you offer your own apartments and the other section where you offer apartments under your management. What is the difference?
We own 4 apartments in the center, which are located in the apart-hotel near Sobornaya Square and two apartments on Deribasovskaya Street. When you book our own apartments, we can provide guarantee that we will take care of any issues that you could encounter right away. Our maintenance workers will come the same day to make sure you are not left without air conditioning or broken washing machine. Our assistants will be on call to help you with anything you need.
1. Will it be possible to use credit card to pay my balance during check-in?
Sorry, we accept only cash on arrival at this time. No exceptions.
2. Do I need to pay a deposit to book the apartment? Do you accept credit cards?
To confirm your reservation you must send a one-night deposit that will be counted towards your total payment. (2 nights deposit is required if you stay for 10 nights or longer). We accept following methods of payment: USPS money orders (USA), Western Union, Google Checkout, PayPal. You can pay with any major credit card through PayPal without opening a PayPal account. 3. How to pay deposit with PayPal or Google Checkout?

PAYPAL: Click “Pay Now” button, if you want to use PayPal. If you don’t have PayPal account, you can open it at that time or you can proceed without opening account.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT: Enter amount and click “Google Checkout” button, if you want to use Google Checkout. Please, follow Google instructions.
Please, email us if you want to pay with Western Union or send money order (US only).
We will send you confirmation letter with all the details after we receive a deposit from you.
Please, send us Paypal/Google payments INCLUDING fees. You can calculate your fee (4%) using our calculator. EXAMPLE: if you deposit amount is $60, please, send us $63 to cover processing fee.
4. I have to cancel my trip. Will I lose my deposit?
If your cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. Please, contact our manager as soon as your plans change. We will try to find a satisfactory solution for both of us if it is possible.

Yes, we can provide airport pickup. This service costs $20. Please, send us your flight information, so we can check if your flight is delayed and reschedule the pickup time.

2. I am planning to go to Odessa to find a bride. Do you work with any marriage agency or could you recommend one?
We are not affiliated with any marriage agencies and we don’t recommend any. Our advise for you would be to use the services that have been recommended to you by your friends or anybody else who you can trust and who visited Odessa in the past. And don’t forget to use your own judgment, caution, and common sense!
