The Home Decor Genie has done a fabulous job. This exclusively designed first class apartment is in a magnificent building that will recreate the passion and vibrant colors of old tales. The outstanding two bedroom apartment is located on the 8th floor of the 9 storied newly constructed building with elevators right in the center of Odessa. It is less than a 3 minutes walk from Deribasovskaya with its unique architecture, attractive shops and yes, of course, charming Odessa women. TIPS: this is the place to surprise somebody. We visited this apartment recently and again fell in love with it.. This is the ONE! The common area is over 80 square meters of living space. The 1st bedroom (40 sq m) has a double round bed and a fold out sofa. The 2nd bedroom (17 sq m) has a double bed and balcony. The studio-kitchen (17 sq m) has exclusively designed lights and uniquely designed furniture. The apartment also features 2 Air Conditioners, 2 Plasma Screen TV-sets (with cable including over 70 channels), a large Jacuzzi for two (That is something that Scheherazade could not even dream about!), washing machine, and microwave. The windows overlook the historic center of Odessa. This is the most elegant apartment one can find in Odessa. If you are traveling with friends or family, please keep in mind that apartments ID 129, ID 134, ID 130 & ID 131 are located in the same apartment building.

We provide cleaning of the apartment  every 7 days  with replacement of bedding and towels.

To confirm your reservation you must send a one night deposit that will be counted towards your total payment. The deposit is required to hold an apartment.Please, discuss methods of payment with our manager.

Check-in time - 13:00. Early check-in is available by arrangement only. Check-out time  - 12:00.
Early or late check outs may be made with the discretion of the management, however, adequate notice  must be given and MUST be authorized in advance. Subject to space availability, it is permissible to increase the duration of stay with short notice, but it is not permissible to decrease the duration of stay.
