There are 3 rooms on the first floor (one is 12 and 2 other ones are 25 square meters). The 70 square meters kitchen is designed as a studio. You’ll feel comfortable with all necessary devices in the Merx kitchen: microwave oven, side-by-side refrigerator, big plasma TV. The balcony gives you a pleasant view of Uspenskaya street.
On the second floor you’ll find a 12 square meters winter garden. If you come down 2 steps you will find yourself in a cozy bedroom with the double bed, wardrobe with a mirror and the big aquarium. Going up 3 stairs you’ll get into the two-sided attic with a leather couch and then you will see another 40 square meters bedroom. It is very comfortable to have an internet access in each room, special «guest» room with its separate bathroom and 8 sleeping places (2 double beds and 2 sofas). There is a Jacuzzi-Shower combo with lighting and TV-set in the main bathroom, a washing machine and a bidet.
The air in this sunlit flat is always nice and cool. Cable TV and 2 TV-sets will help you not to feel lonely even if you are alone at home. The foreyard is clean. The entrance is locked. You’ll like luxurious marble staircase in the building. There is only one more flat on the floor.
2 grocery shops, 2 bakeries, supermarket, pizzeria, 2 banks, plenty of cash machines, internet-cafe;, drugstore, optics, blues-bar and travel agency are also at your service. From this district you can easily get to any place of the town. In 2 blocks you’ll find the park and walking 10-15 minutes you will come to Deribasovskaya street.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time - 13:00. Early check-in is available by arrangement only. Check-out
time - 12:00.
Early or late check outs may be made with the discretion of the management, however,
adequate notice must be given and MUST be authorized in advance. Subject to
space availability, it is permissible to increase the duration of stay with short
notice, but it is not permissible to decrease the duration of stay.
