The luxurious suit of 5 rooms is located in the downtown of Odessa, in a historical building near the famous Deribasovskaya Street. There is a «Shicko» coffee house right in this building, and many shops and restaurants are located nearby. You can take the elevator to the 4th floor of this elite 4 story house where the apartment is located. There are two balconies in this two-level apartment, one of them looks to the courtyard, and on the other one you will have the great view of the Greek square and the majestic cathedral. The enormous apartment (with the total area almost 200 square metres) is fully equipped with everything that is necessary for comfortable and pleasant residing. There are 3 separate bedrooms made up in different tones (from snow-white to green), a spacious drawing room with a decorative fireplace and white Italian furniture, and a small drawing room with a folding sofa that can be used as an additionnal bed. You can remark the unique style of this apartment already at the first step inside: the corridor is decorated with graceful frescos, and all premises are made up with fine taste. There are 2 bathrooms (with a jacuzzi bathtub and a hydromassage shower cabin), fully equipped kitchen, 2 air conditioners, 3 TV sets, microwave, DVD, washing machine, and phone in the apartment.

We provide cleaning of the apartment  every 7 days  with replacement of bedding and towels.

Check-in time - 13:00. Early check-in is available by arrangement only. Check-out time  - 12:00.
Early or late check outs may be made with the discretion of the management, however, adequate notice  must be given and MUST be authorized in advance. Subject to space availability, it is permissible to increase the duration of stay with short notice, but it is not permissible to decrease the duration of stay.
